Position: AI Safety Experts — English & Telugu

Type: Contract

Compensation: $16–$22/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Red team conversational AI models and agents to identify jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation.
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing.
- Document reproducibly to produce reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
- Review AI outputs on sensitive topics such as bias, misinformation, or harmful behaviors, with optional participation in higher-sensitivity projects supported by guidelines and wellness resources.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native fluency in English and Telugu.
- Strong judgment about language and content accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.
- Rigorous attention to subtle errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.




- Structured approach to work, adhering to guidelines and quality standards.
- Transparent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability to move across projects, task types, and customers.

Preferred

- Experience in Adversarial ML, including jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, and model extraction.
- Background in Cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, exploit development, and reverse engineering.
- Expertise in socio-technical risk, including harassment/disinfo probing and abuse analysis.
- Creative probing skills in psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
