Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive adoption of our cutting-edge Legal AI platform among advocate and law firm networks in Pune. You will be responsible for end-to-end field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch and demonstrate the Legal AI platform to advocates, legal practitioners, and law firms across Pune.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.

- Conduct product demos, address client queries, and close deals efficiently.

Target & Compensation

- Monthly Sales Target: Minimum 20 advocate subscriptions/sales per month.

- Incentives & Bonuses: Uncapped performance-based incentives and bonuses for sales achieved beyond the target.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS/software sales, or field legal sales.

- Robust networking skills within the Pune legal/advocate ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.

- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
