As an AI QE Engineer - Associate you will contribute to quality engineering activities that support software and product innovation efforts within our Technology Consulting practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, adapting to different client needs, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and building your technical skills while supporting delivery teams in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will apply a learning mindset to testing and validation work, gather information from multiple sources, ask questions to build understanding, and help deliver dependable results that support client projects and your own growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Supporting quality engineering activities across software development and testing efforts for client engagements
- Developing and executing test cases, test protocols, and user acceptance testing scenarios for applications and digital solutions
- Applying AI fluency and software testing knowledge to review model-driven features, validate outputs, and identify defects early
- Using Selenium and other digital tooling to automate repeatable test activities and expand test coverage
- Documenting defects, tracking test results, and communicating findings to project teams in a clear and timely manner
- Assisting with functional, systems integration, compatibility, and performance testing across releases
- Contributing to quality assurance process design, evaluation, and improvement efforts for client delivery teams
- Learning business context, technical standards,



and release workflows while adapting to varied client and project needs

What You Must Have

- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

As an AI QE Engineer you will lead the design and delivery of testing approaches for software products and AI-enabled solutions, with focus on quality engineering, automation, and validation across the development lifecycle. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, manage client workstreams, and take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery while applying sound judgment and business awareness. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Software and Product Innovation practice and help shape digital solutions, improve testing methods, and drive dependable outcomes across client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading AI quality engineering workstreams across client engagements and guiding teams through planning, execution, and delivery
- Managing test strategy design for functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing across software solutions




- Applying AI fluency and quality engineering methods to validate model behavior, testing scope, and release readiness
- Overseeing Selenium based automation, test case generation, defect reporting, and quality metrics to support efficient delivery
- Coaching team members on quality assurance process design, testing methods, and release management practices
- Collaborating with client and technology stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, assess risks, and address testing issues
- Reviewing delivery artifacts for completeness, traceability, and alignment with technical standards and client objectives
- Identifying opportunities to improve testing processes, strengthen software reliability, and advance AI enabled delivery approaches
