Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI application development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI solutions using cloud-based AI services and on-premises infrastructure. The role involves implementing Generative AI models, developing chatbots, working with deep learning technologies, and ensuring high-quality AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable, production-ready AI applications and pipelines.
- Integrate cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure into AI solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications, conversational agents, and chatbots.
- Apply deep learning, neural networks, and image processing techniques where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, system performance, and solution quality.
- Provide technical leadership, make key technical decisions, and resolve complex problems.




- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
- Ensure AI applications meet production standards for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of cloud AI services and on-premises AI infrastructure.
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade AI pipelines.
- Knowledge of chatbot development and conversational AI.
- Familiarity with image processing and AI/ML application development.
- Robust problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM application development and deployment.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI application integration.
- Experience with AI model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to scalable AI architecture and production deployment practices.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, along with hands-on experience delivering production-ready AI solutions. The candidate must be capable of leading technical initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring junior team members. Mandatory Skill: Large Language Models (LLMs).
