Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

- Analyse large datasets to derive insights and improve existing models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using AI/ML techniques.

- Conduct testing and validation of machine learning solutions to ensure robustness and accuracy.

- Help in building end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, training, and deployment of models.





- Work on model optimization, hyperparameter tuning, and debugging to improve efficiency and performance.

- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics , or related fields.

- Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R (knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas preferred).

- Basic understanding of data structures , algorithms , and mathematical concepts like statistics, linear algebra, and probability.

- Hands-on experience or academic projects involving AI/ML solutions, predictive modeling, or deep learning is a plus.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks , Git, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
