We are expanding our AI engineering talent pipeline to support clients adopting Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled AI Forward Engineers who can work on client assignments and help organizations design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming fundamentals, practical experience with modern AI technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Candidates must be comfortable working in client-facing engineering environments, collaborating with distributed teams, participating in technical discussions, and adapting to different project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generative AI Development: Build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and RAG solutions.
- Agentic AI: Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and intelligent business process automation.
- Application Engineering: Build AI applications and backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, and relevant frameworks.
- Enterprise Integration: Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy, test, monitor, and optimize AI applications across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Client Delivery: Understand client requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions.





Required Technical Skills

- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs.
- Practical understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and backend development.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and tool calling.
- Experience with Git, testing, debugging, and application development.
- Understanding of secure AI application development, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, or AWS/GCP AI services.
- LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Databricks, SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.
- LLM evaluation, tracing, observability, and model optimization.
- Experience with enterprise AI projects in healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, SaaS, or IT services.

Qualifications And Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–6 years of relevant software engineering, AI engineering, or Generative AI development experience.
- Demonstrable experience building at least one functional AI application or production-oriented proof of concept.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work according to client project requirements and participate in client technical interviews.
- Communication skills and ability to work with international clients.
- Project experience, technical ownership, and practical problem-solving.
