We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to design, create, and automate AI-driven software documentation for end users, developers, and system integrators.

This is a hands-on technical writing role combining software documentation, AI tools, prompt engineering, documentation architecture, and automation to deliver consistent, high-quality content at scale.

? ROLE OVERVIEW

- Design scalable documentation architecture for end users, developers, and system integrators.
- Create and maintain software documentation, including user guides, API references, integration guides, in-product help, and release notes.
- Build and refine AI prompts, prompt templates, style guides, and content models to automate documentation generation.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to generate consistent, accurate, high-quality documentation.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand technical systems and documentation needs.
- Document APIs, system architecture, event streaming, batch processing, integrations, and data models.
- Establish documentation standards, governance, validation, and quality checks.
- Review and edit AI-generated documentation to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Use Git-based workflows to manage documentation versions and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Analyze user feedback and documentation analytics to identify gaps and improve content quality.

? MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

✅ 4+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer-focused products.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.





✅ Ability to design, test, and refine prompts to generate consistent documentation.

✅ Understanding of documentation architecture and information design.

✅ Technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, integrations, event streaming, batch processing, and data models.

✅ Proficiency in Markdown, YAML, and Git-based version control.

✅ Ability to work comfortably with code editors and command-line environments.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

✅ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

✅ Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Strong practical experience in the following areas is particularly important:

- AI-assisted documentation generation
- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- API documentation and developer guides
- Documentation architecture and content modeling
- Markdown-based documentation workflows
- YAML configuration and structured content
- Git-based version control and collaborative reviews
- Documentation validation, quality gates, and governance
- Reviewing and improving AI-generated content
- Maintaining consistency across multiple documentation types

- Prompt templates and reusable instructions
- AI-driven content generation workflows

- Loyalty products, MarTech, or B2B SaaS experience
- Redocly documentation framework for API references
