Key Responsibilities
- Drive mall leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Acquire brands across F&B;, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment.
- Manage end-to-end leasing, negotiations, commercial terms and deal closures.
- Handle lease renewals, tenant retention and relationship management.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects and Operations teams.
- Monitor leasing targets, revenue forecasts and MIS reports.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing or commercial real estate.
- Robust knowledge of the Noida/NCR retail market and established brand network.
- Excellent negotiation, business development and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and leasing MIS.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
