Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in facilitating Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, for ServiceNow implementation and delivery projects. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent team facilitation skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Scrum Master for one or more ServiceNow project teams, ensuring effective implementation of Scrum and Kanban practices.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Manage Kanban workflows, including daily meetings, backlog replenishment, workflow reviews, and continuous improvement activities.

Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution and maintain team productivity.

Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Track and report team performance using Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, lead time, cycle time, and cumulative flow diagrams.

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban frameworks, and best practices.





Promote continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and effective communication across teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.

Strong understanding and practical experience with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Experience working on ServiceNow implementation or ITSM-related projects is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint management, backlog tracking, and team performance reporting.

Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to identify project risks, resolve impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Good to Have

Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations or enterprise ITSM projects.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.

Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
