Scout7.ai is looking for full-time interns who love creating content, telling stories, and working with AI. This is a creative role. You’ll come up with ideas, make the content with AI agents, and keep improving it with feedback from our team and our clients until it’s genuinely great.

What you’ll do

Come up with content ideas (hooks, angles, stories and formats) that fit each brand and its audience.

Create content with AI agents: social posts, carousels, short videos and reels, blogs and scripts.

Share drafts with the team and clients, take their feedback, and turn v1 into v2, v3… until it lands.

Study each client’s website, voice, colours and customers so the content feels like theirs, not generic AI.

Track what performs (views, saves, comments, clicks) and use it to decide what to make next.

Keep a log of each client’s feedback and preferences so every round gets faster and better.

Try out new AI tools and workflows for writing, design, voice and video.

Who we’re looking for A creative mind with strong writing and storytelling skills.

Taste: you can tell when something is great,



and when it’s only “almost”.

Someone who loves feedback. You don’t get attached to your first draft; you get excited about the next one.

Clear communication: you can explain your ideas, and you ask the right questions when feedback is vague.

Curiosity about AI and Agentic Marketing, and a willingness to experiment.

An eye for detail. Typos, off-brand colours and weak hooks bother you.

A self-starter who ships fast and doesn’t wait for instructions.

A outstanding sense of humor. ?

Good to have A portfolio of anything you’ve made: posts, reels, a blog, a meme page, a YouTube channel.

Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere or similar tools.

Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or other AI tools.

A previous internship in content, social media, an agency, or client-facing work.

A basic sense of SEO, hooks, and what Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube reward.
