Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven

Affiliate Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and scale our performance-based partnership programs. In this role, you will be the architect of our affiliate ecosystem—identifying growth opportunities, recruiting high-impact partners, and optimizing commission structures to maximize ROI. If you are an analytical thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of digital tracking infrastructure, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Strategy:

Design and execute the overarching affiliate marketing roadmap to achieve monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and revenue targets.

- Partner Recruitment:

Actively identify, vet, and onboard high-performing affiliates, including content creators, bloggers, media publishers, influencers, and review platforms.

- Relationship Management:

Nurture relationships with top-tier partners, providing them with performance insights, exclusive offers, and the creative assets needed to succeed.

- Campaign &
- Commission Optimization:

Structure competitive payout tiers, recurring commissions, seasonal bonuses,



and promotional incentives while maintaining profitable margins.

- Data &

- Analytics:

Monitor real-time performance metrics (e.g., EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) using affiliate networks and platforms; generate actionable insights to improve program health.

- Compliance &

- Monitoring:

Enforce program terms and conditions, monitor for fraudulent activity, and ensure all partners adhere to FTC and local advertising disclosure guidelines.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the design and content teams to develop high-converting banners, landing pages, email swipes, and product feeds.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience:

1+years of dedicated experience managing or scaling B2B or B2C affiliate programs.

- Platform Expertise:

Good to have - Hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Impact Radius, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or Trackier).

- Analytical Mindset:

Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4) and advanced Excel/Sheets.

- Communication:

Exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Adaptability:

Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, SEO fundamentals.
