Twacha Skin Clinic is a growing dermatology and aesthetic care organisation offering professional skin and hair care services, advanced aesthetic treatments, and personalised patient care. We are looking for a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Aesthetic Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality clinical and aesthetic services.

Work timings : 10 AM to 07 PM Monday to Saturday ( One rotational week off )

Sunday :10 AM to 02 PM (Saturday & Sunday no weekoff allowed)

Job Summary The Aesthetic Therapist will be responsible for performing approved skin and aesthetic procedures, assisting dermatologists and aesthetic doctors, educating patients about treatment protocols and skincare, and ensuring excellent patient experience while maintaining clinical hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Skin & Aesthetic Treatments

- Perform approved facial treatments, skin cleansing, exfoliation, hydrating treatments, and other aesthetic procedures within the scope of training and authorisation.
- Operate aesthetic and skincare equipment, including laser or other energy-based devices, only where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during clinical procedures and treatment sessions.




- Follow prescribed treatment plans and clinic protocols.

2. Patient Care & Counselling

- Welcome patients and explain treatment procedures, preparation requirements, and aftercare instructions as authorised.
- Assess basic skincare needs and escalate clinical concerns to the treating doctor.
- Educate patients on prescribed skincare routines and products without making unauthorised medical claims.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.

3. Clinical Hygiene & Safety

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilisation or disinfection standards for treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, consent, and documentation protocols.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and report adverse reactions or complications promptly to the responsible doctor.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of skincare products and consumables.

4. Clinic Operations & Teamwork

- Coordinate with doctors, reception, pharmacy, and other clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain treatment room readiness and monitor consumable stock.
- Follow clinic SOPs, appointment schedules, attendance requirements, and professional conduct standards.




- Support patient follow-ups, service quality initiatives, and clinic-approved patient education activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with suitable training may also be considered.
- Practical knowledge of skin treatments, facial procedures, hygiene practices, and aesthetic equipment.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn current techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment.
