Agency Directory & Visibility Executive

We are looking for an Agency Directory & Visibility Executive to strengthen the company’s online presence by managing existing agency profiles, discovering new business listing opportunities, and improving visibility across agency directories, review platforms, and service marketplaces.

The role focuses on building and maintaining accurate company profiles, identifying relevant platforms where potential clients search for service providers, completing listing and verification requirements, and generating business enquiries through agency directories.

The ideal candidate has experience in directory research, company profile management, online listings, and digital visibility. You should be comfortable discovering new platforms independently, maintaining consistent company information, and tracking listing approvals, enquiries, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize company profiles on Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, The Manifest, Sortlist, TechBehemoths, UpCity, Agency Vista, TechReviewer, and similar agency directories.
- Research and identify new agency directories, business listing websites, review platforms, service marketplaces, and industry-specific listing opportunities.
- Create and complete company profiles on relevant platforms to expand the agency’s online presence and reach potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and consistent company information, including services, descriptions, portfolios, case studies, credentials, contact details, and other profile information.
- Improve profile completeness,



service categories, company descriptions, and listing details to strengthen discoverability across relevant platforms.
- Identify and apply for suitable agency directories, partner directories, industry awards, recognition programs, badges, and other visibility opportunities.
- Complete profile verification, certification, and listing requirements wherever applicable.
- Monitor listing status, approvals, profile performance, incoming enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Respond to relevant enquiries received through agency directories and business listing platforms, coordinating with the sales team when required.
- Maintain an organized record of existing listings, newly discovered platforms, applications, approvals, profile updates, and leads generated.
- Review listing performance to identify platforms that contribute to relevant enquiries and potential client acquisition.
- Regularly research new opportunities to expand the company's presence across credible and relevant online platforms.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in agency directory management, online business listings, company profile management, digital marketing, or online visibility is preferred.
