Position Summary We are looking for an experienced AEM EDS Delivery Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and DA.Live.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in solution architecture, full-stack engineering, enterprise integrations, digital asset management, localization frameworks, and Agentic AI. This role requires a combination of technical depth, architecture leadership, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will define technical strategies, guide engineering teams, establish architecture standards, oversee implementation quality, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define end-to-end solution architecture, technical strategy, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture discussions, and solution design reviews.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Evaluate technologies and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

2. AEM Cloud Service, EDS & DA.Live Architecture

- Architect and deliver enterprise digital experiences using AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), and DA.Live.
- Lead migrations and modernization initiatives from traditional AEM Sites to EDS.
- Design and optimize content authoring, publishing, and delivery workflows.
- Drive website performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.

AEM EDS Backend Development & Enterprise Integrations

- Design API-first, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures.
- Guide implementation using Node.js, Java, Adobe App Builder, REST APIs, GraphQL, and serverless technologies.
- Architect integrations with CRM, commerce, analytics, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and other enterprise systems.
- Define integration standards, API governance, security controls, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Ensure reliable data exchange and interoperability across enterprise applications.

4. Adobe Assets & Workfront

- Lead integrations involving AEM Assets, Dynamic Media, Content Hub, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion.
- Design digital asset management workflows, metadata standards, and content governance models.
- Architect content supply chains that streamline content creation, management, approval, and publishing.
- Ensure alignment between creative operations, asset management, and digital experience delivery.

5. Localization & Global Content Delivery

- Architect multilingual content publishing strategies for global digital experiences.
- Design and implement integrations with localization platforms such as SDL Trados, Smartling, XTM, Phrase, and WorldServer.
- Define translation workflows, translation memory processes, and localization governance standards.
- Ensure consistency and operational efficiency across multilingual websites and global markets.

6. Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

- Design AI-enabled solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Architect semantic search solutions, vector database integrations, intelligent content generation, and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI agents into content operations, enterprise integrations, and digital experience workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate security, governance, access control, and human oversight practices.

7. Agile Delivery & Technical Risk Management

- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, effort estimation, prioritization, and release planning.
- Identify architectural dependencies, technical risks, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining architecture quality and engineering standards.

8. Team Leadership & Engineering Governance

- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, pull request (PR) approvals, and merge governance.
- Mentor junior and senior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with onshore, offshore, cross-functional, and client teams.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards,



security requirements, architectural decisions, and quality benchmarks.

9. Technical Documentation

- Prepare and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), API specifications, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Develop implementation guidelines, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
- Maintain architecture documentation and ensure consistency between design and implementation.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- AEM as a Cloud Service: Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service architecture and implementation.
- Edge Delivery Services (EDS): Proven experience in designing, implementing, or architecting Adobe EDS solutions.
- DA.Live: Practical experience with DA.Live and its application in content authoring and digital experience delivery.
- Strong solution architecture, technical design, and implementation leadership capabilities.
- Experience guiding engineering teams and overseeing enterprise digital platform delivery.

Preferred Technical Skills
- Full-stack development experience with Node.js, Java, REST APIs, GraphQL, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with Adobe App Builder and integrations across enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AEM Assets, Dynamic Media, Content Hub, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion.
- Experience with localization platforms such as SDL Trados, Smartling, XTM, Phrase, and WorldServer.
- Practical knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, MCP, RAG, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, website performance, and Core Web Vitals.

- 9+ years of overall experience in software engineering, Adobe technologies, solution architecture, or technical delivery.
- Strong expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service, EDS, and DA.Live.
- Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and technical delivery leadership.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.
- Experience producing technical architecture documentation and leading technical reviews.
