Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven CPS and CPL affiliate campaigns, monitor campaign performance, coordinate with publishers and advertisers, and ensure sales delivery targets are achieved while maintaining campaign quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize CPS and CPL affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with affiliate networks, publishers, advertisers, and internal teams.
- Monitor daily clicks, conversions, sales, approval rates, and campaign performance.
- Ensure campaign tracking links, pixels, and postback integrations are working correctly.
- Track campaign budgets, sales caps, payouts, and revenue margins.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Investigate tracking discrepancies, rejected sales, and invalid or fraudulent traffic.
- Follow up with publishers to improve campaign delivery and sales volume.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.




- Ensure campaigns meet advertiser requirements, compliance policies, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing and CPS business models.
- Knowledge of CPA, CPL, and other performance marketing models is an advantage.
- Experience managing affiliate campaigns and publisher relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Trackier, Everflow, or HasOffers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, campaign management, or web delivery preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive individual with strong campaign management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced affiliate marketing setting.
