Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Advocate / Legal Advisor to manage legal matters, provide legal guidance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong legal drafting, documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management on business and contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Review vendor agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Handle legal documentation and maintain organized legal records.
- Assist in resolving disputes and managing legal risks.
- Coordinate with external advocates, government departments, and legal authorities when required.




- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on relevant legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and legal documents.

Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the relevant State Bar Council preferred; required for duties involving legal practice as an Advocate.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid legal knowledge and drafting skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and legal procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
