? Experience: 2+ years
? Education: Graduate
? Candidate Preference: Candidates currently residing in Gurugram and comfortable commuting to Sector 48.
? What will you be doing?
- ? Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
- ? Understand parent requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- ? Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- ? Schedule centre visits and follow up with prospective parents.
- ? Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and guide parents through the admission process.
- ? Work towards defined sales and admission targets.
? Who are we looking for?
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or admission counselling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and diallers.
- A customer-focused mindset with solid follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Must currently reside in Gurugram and be able to commute to Sector 48.
