Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi, responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions and counseling process. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting and counseling students, understanding their academic backgrounds and aspirations, and recommending suitable courses and partner institutions. The role involves handling inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media, conducting information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application status.

Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate admissions activities, follow up with leads,



and support enrollment targets while providing a respectful, student-centered experience. This role also includes staying updated on educational trends and institutional offerings to deliver accurate and relevant guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with students and families.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and support enrollment targets in a qualified and ethical manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to understand academic pathways, entrance requirements, and institutional offerings.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience in counseling, admissions, or education services.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage multiple student cases, and maintain accurate records using basic digital tools or CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
