Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counselors to join our team at PE Upskill LLP. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, explaining educational programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience to students throughout the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with sales, counseling, or EdTech experience will be preferred.
