B2B Campus is looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Bathinda. The ideal candidate should have experience in student counselling, handling admission inquiries, and converting prospective students into enrolled candidates.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding students about our courses, managing leads, maintaining regular follow-ups, and achieving admission targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about available courses, course perks, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, admission procedures, and enrollment requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents to support informed decisions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive student experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the education sector, preferably in admissions, student counselling, or course sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on achieving admission goals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage leads efficiently.
- Candidates based in Bathinda or nearby areas will be preferred.
