Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented, and target-driven Education Counselor who can generate admissions for our training center by calling prospective candidates counseling walk-in students.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly admission and revenue targets through effective follow-ups, professional counseling, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Management

- Call prospective students and job seekers from company-provided databases.
- Explain available courses, course duration, certifications, and career benefits.
- Generate interest and invite candidates to visit the training center.
- Follow up with interested candidates .
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

2. Face-to-Face Counseling

- Counsel walk-in candidates and understand their educational backgrounds and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses based on candidates' needs.




- Explain course modules, training methodology, projects, certification, and applicable placement assistance.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for every candidate.

3. Admissions & Sales Targets

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Convert company-provided leads into center visits.
- Follow up with candidates who have shown interest .
- Work toward monthly revenue targets assigned by management.
- Participate in admission campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline OR MBA/BBA will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel or CRM tools.
- Positive follow-up, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in education counseling, training institutes, edtech, or admissions sales will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary based on experience and capability.
- Additional incentives for achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Performance-based rewards for exceeding monthly targets.
- Salary and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
