Job Overview

B2B Campus is looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining suitable courses, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in an educational institute, training centre, coaching institute, or skill development organization. Candidates with strong communication skills, follow-up abilities, and a student-focused approach will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, career interests, and learning requirements.
- Explain available courses, course structures, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents to help them make informed course decisions.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Convert enquiries into admissions by addressing questions and handling objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission and registration process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counselling or student counselling within the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain courses clearly and handle student queries confidently.
- Experience in lead management, tele-calling, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- Solid interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in educational institutes, coaching centres

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
