Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and messages.
- Handle student queries and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain student information and calling records in the CRM.
- Generate walk-ins and convert prospective leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Interest in counselling and telecalling.
