Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Green Park Main, New Delhi

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and raw leads through calls and other sources.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in education counselling,



admissions, or admission consultancy.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable counselling and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
