- Advising &

- Counseling:

Provide one-on-one guidance on admission policies, course selection, major exploration, and career goals.

- Application Follow-Up: Contact applicants to resolve missing documents, errors, or discrepancies in their files

- Data &

- CRM Management:

Track prospective student interactions, manage records, and update applicant statuses using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Department Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, admissions committees, and other university departments to finalize admission decisions.
