About the Role

Bandhan Skills is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join its team at the Barasat Skill Centre. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, with experience in student admissions and the promotion of paid skill development courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available skill development courses.
- Generate admission leads through telephone calls, field visits, institutional tie-ups, and community outreach.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, duration, fees, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Promote paid courses and follow up with prospective students to ensure timely registration.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions, local communities, and other potential sources of student referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and fee collections.




- Coordinate with the Centre Head and other team members to achieve the centre's operational and business targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred, particularly in the Skill Development Sector.
- Candidates with prior experience in selling paid courses, educational counselling, student admissions, or training programme marketing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work towards admission targets and convert prospective leads into enrolments.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Barasat.

Job Location Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
