Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and student-focused Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions Team. The selected candidates will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, providing course-related information, converting enquiries into admissions, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.

- Handle admission enquiries received through telephone calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.

- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions by following up regularly.

- Explain the institution's academic programmes, facilities, scholarships, hostel facilities, and other student services.

- Maintain accurate student enquiry and admission records in the CRM software.

- Coordinate with academic departments, accounts, hostel administration, and other concerned teams to facilitate admissions.

- Follow up with students regarding application forms, document submission, fee payment, and admission confirmation.

- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.





- Participate in admission campaigns, education fairs, promotional activities, and student outreach programmes.

- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in admissions with an educational institution, college, or university.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English and Kannada.

- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.

- Strong counselling, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving admission goals.

Compensation and Perks

- Attractive monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹45,000.
