Key Responsibilities Social Media & Reporting - Manage and monitor Instagram accounts for all client brands: posting schedules, DMs, comments and account health - Prepare monthly performance reports for each brand (reach, engagement, follower growth, top content, insights) - Coordinate with the content and design teams to keep posting calendars on track Brand Shoots & Influencers - Travel for brand shoots across locations as required - Handle shoot logistics: scheduling, location, crew, props and on-ground coordination - Identify, reach out to and onboard influencers across India for brand campaigns - Maintain an up-to-date influencer database with niche, location, follower count, rates and past collaborations Office Administration - Maintain a central database of all office happenings: projects, events, deadlines, vendor details and records - Coordinate with staff and internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations - Manage freelancer coordination, including briefs, timelines, deliverables and payment tracking Meetings & Follow-ups - Schedule and align internal and client meetings - Prepare explicit Minutes of Meeting (MOM)



with action points, owners and deadlines - Follow up consistently until every action item is closed Requirements - Graduate in any discipline (BBA, Mass Communication or Marketing preferred) - 1–3 years of experience in admin, operations or a digital agency (freshers with strong skills may apply) - Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, including Insights and Meta Business Suite - Strong organisation and follow-up skills, with excellent written communication - Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs and Drive - Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) - Willing to travel for shoots and campaigns Nice to Have - Experience working with influencers or running influencer campaigns - Familiarity with project-management tools such as Notion, Trello or ClickUp - Basic understanding of content creation and shoots What We Offer - Hands-on exposure to multiple brands across industries - Travel and on-ground campaign experience - A fast-paced, growth-focused agency environment
