The role, in one lineYou make things happen. Office, operations, vendors, paperwork, people, chaos — if it needs doing, it's yours until it's done.
What you'll own
- Office: setup, supplies, vendors, maintenance, access, internet, everything that keeps the place working.
- Startup operations: onboarding, documentation, vendor and bank follow-ups, travel, events, invoices and reimbursements.
- Founder support: calendars, meetings, notes, action items, chasing people until things close.
- Systems: turn every recurring task into a documented, repeatable process. If we do it twice, it gets a system.
- Anything else: you pick up whatever falls through the cracks. The list grows with you.
Who you are
- Stubborn about outcomes. You don't stop at the first "no" — you find another route, another person, another way.
- Zero "not my job" energy. If it's broken and nobody owns it, you own it.
- Resourceful.
When the standard process is slow or broken, you find a smarter path that still gets it done right.
- Obsessively organised. Trackers, SOPs, folders, naming conventions. Nothing lives only in your head.
- Claude power user. You use Claude daily for drafting, research, summarising and automating busywork — projects, skills and connectors aren't new to you.
- Outstanding note-taker. Every meeting ends with clean notes and clear owners. Notion (or similar) is your second brain.
- Clear communicator in English and Hindi, comfortable dealing with vendors, banks and government offices.
Nice to have
- 1–3 years in operations, admin or an executive-assistant role at a startup.
- Exposure to fintech, crypto or banking paperwork.
- You've built automations or workflows with AI tools before.
