Ad Film Director

We are looking for a creative and talented Ad Film Director with at least 2 years of experience in directing advertisements, promotional videos, and branded content. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and hands-on knowledge of video editing to develop engaging visual content for brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, script, and direct ad films, promotional videos, product videos, and branded content.
- Develop creative ideas, storyboards, visual concepts, and shot plans based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, creative teams, cinematographers, editors, and production teams.
- Lead on-location and studio shoots, ensuring smooth execution and quality output.
- Guide camera teams, actors, and other crew members to achieve the desired creative vision.
- Have hands-on knowledge of video editing and oversee the post-production process.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, creative expectations, and project deadlines.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, filmmaking techniques, and social media video formats.
- Work on multiple projects while maintaining creativity and production quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 2 years of experience in ad film direction, video production, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Understanding of cinematography, camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Experience coordinating shoots and managing production teams.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- A strong portfolio or showreel of previous ad films, commercials, or promotional videos is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in brand advertisements, product commercials, corporate videos, and social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, and AI-powered video creation tools.
- Understanding of current digital advertising and short-form video trends.
