About the Client

Our client is an established manufacturing company with operations in Mumbai, looking for an experienced finance qualified to strengthen its accounts and finance function.

The Role The Manager – Accounts & Finance will oversee accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, MIS reporting, cash flow management, banking and forex compliance, while leading a team and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable, vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Oversee MIS reporting, budgeting and cash flow.
- Handle LC, BG, forex and import-export banking compliance.
- Ensure timely salary payments and statutory compliance.
- Lead the finance team and improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- 14+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or a factory environment.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in accounts, financial reporting and cash flow management.
- Excellent leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
