About the role

Manage invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, payouts and GST for Bytevolt IQ's rooftop solar business and PM KUSUM solar pump set project, and keep reporting accurate. You will be part of Bytevolt IQ's Solar Technical Sales team, which sells engineered rooftop solar systems through site assessment and consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

1 Raise customer invoices with GST for rooftop solar systems; track advances and balance collections.

2 Raise invoices for the PM KUSUM solar pump set project (2,838 pump sets) and track payment receipts.

3 Raise material invoices and record material purchases and dispatches for rooftop and pump set projects.

4 Process installation-partner and vendor payments as per agreed milestones.

5 Calculate and pay monthly sales incentives, team overrides and referral fees.





6 Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally for both projects – vouchers, ledgers, bank reconciliation.

7 File GST returns with the CA.

8 Keep the sales tracker clean and prepare the weekly MIS dashboard for management review.

9 Track monthly expenses and ad spend against budget.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com with 2–4 years in accounts and GST.
- Tally and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups); project or material billing experience in

solar, EPC or construction preferred.
- Telugu and English.

Compensation package Fixed salary ₹30,000 per month

Phone allowance ₹500 per month

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
