Qualification: LLB along with CA Inter / CA

Experience: Relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Legal Documentation and Compliance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented qualified with a strong blend of legal and financial expertise to join our Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, legal documentation and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to work closely with management across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, taxation and financial compliance activities for real estate operations.
- Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance, including reconciliations and statutory filings.
- Draft, review and interpret legal documents, agreements and commercial contracts.
- Support legal and commercial negotiations and ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare MIS reports,



financial analysis and management reports.
- Oversee multi-entity accounting, banking operations and financial documentation.
- Support cost control, financial discipline and corporate regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements
- LLB along with CA Inter or CA qualification.
- Hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, legal documentation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a multi-entity business group will be an added advantage.
