This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. The associate will help prepare and review financial statements, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing analytical support for management decisions. The role also requires regular collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify financial queries and support audit and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.




- Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and reconciliation.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA in progress or completed) are a plus.
