Aswatha TVS Two-Wheeler Showroom is involved in the sales and service of TVS two-wheelers. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the smooth financial functioning of our showroom.

Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining daily financial transactions, vehicle sales accounting, customer payment records, bank reconciliation, and coordination with the sales, service, spare parts, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries for showroom sales, service, spare parts, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and verify customer invoices, sales bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Record two-wheeler sales transactions and ensure proper documentation for each vehicle sold.
- Maintain records of cash, UPI, card, bank transfers, and other customer payment modes.
- Reconcile daily cash collections with sales records and payment reports.
- Monitor customer advances, pending payments, refunds, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with banks and finance companies regarding vehicle loan disbursements and related payment settlements.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify supplier invoices and process payments for spare parts, accessories, and other showroom expenses.
- Assist in GST invoice verification, GST reconciliation, and preparation of data for statutory filings.
- Handle TDS-related documentation and other applicable accounting compliance requirements.




- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation for vehicle stock-related financial transactions and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Support monthly closing, audits, and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate, up to date, and properly maintained.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com degree or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting; experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Experience handling cash, bank transactions, invoices, and payment records.
- Strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience working in a two-wheeler or automobile showroom.
- Ability to manage daily sales accounts and cash reconciliation independently.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and committed to maintaining financial accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with sales, service, spare parts, and management teams.
