Key Responsibilities and Skills
Robust working knowledge of Tally
Banking entries and Bank Reconciliation
Sales and Purchase Invoicing
GST and TDS entries and reconciliation
Salary/Payroll entries
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Vendor Account and Ledger Management
Vendor Payment Summary and Reconciliation
Daily accounting data updates
Monthly Profit and Loss (P&L;) reporting
Monthly company financial/accounting reports
Fleet-wise monthly expense and cost data
Vehicle/Fleet profitability tracking
Billing and payment follow-ups
Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documents
We are looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in Tally and day-to-day financial operations.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in
Gurugram or nearby areas who can commute regularly to Palam Vihar.
