Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and long-term planning.

Compliance and Taxation:

- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Cost Control:

- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review financial operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

Payroll and Employee Advantages:

- Process payroll and manage employee benefit accounts.




- Ensure accuracy in payroll deductions and compliance with applicable laws.

System and Process Improvement:

- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
