- Maintain &, Co-ordinate and communicates with the auditors
- Finalising the accounts at the year end
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Controlling credit and chasing debt

- Invoice processing and filing
- Processing expense requests to complete company objectives




- Bank and customer s transaction account reconciliation
- Book keeping procedures to be followed and recording the same
- Liaising with third party vendors, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
