GP Marketing Hub is hiring an experienced Accountant for our Edappal office to support our Dubai business operations.

The candidate must be a B.Com graduate with a minimum of two years of hands-on skilled experience using both Zoho Books and Zoho CRM. Practical work experience is essential; course completion or software knowledge alone is insufficient.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in Zoho Books.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare ageing reports, and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in Zoho CRM.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Maintain supporting documents for VAT reporting and audits.
- Coordinate with the Dubai team to resolve accounting queries and complete tasks on time.

Requirements
- B.Com degree.




- Minimum two years of hands-on work experience with both Zoho Books and Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, receivables, and payables.
- Ability to manage routine accounting tasks independently.
- Good Microsoft Excel and English communication skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work from our Edappal office.

Previous experience handling UAE accounts is an added advantage.
