Role Description The Accounting and Billing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at Indorewala ENT Hospital in Nashik. This role involves managing day-to-day billing operations, including generating and verifying invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting of charges to patient accounts. The executive will monitor billing cycles, reconcile accounts, and assist in resolving discrepancies or billing queries in coordination with clinical and administrative teams.





Responsibilities also include maintaining financial records, supporting daily cash and bank reconciliations, and preparing basic finance-related reports for management. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements while delivering clear and courteous communication to patients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process and Invoicing skills, including experience with hospital or healthcare billing systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, with the ability to handle reconciliations, basic accounting entries, and cash management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinical staff, and finance teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Relevant experience in healthcare accounting or billing, familiarity with insurance and TPA processes, and knowledge of medical billing codes are beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
- Attention to detail, integrity in financial handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment are highly valued.
