Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers on an ongoing basis
- Update daily entries into the accounting system in a timely manner
- Perform regular reconciliations (bank, vendor, general ledger)
- Prepare adjustment entries (accruals, provisions, prepayments)
- Prepare final accounts (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Prepare cash inflow and outflow statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing; coordinate with auditors
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Robust accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of ledger preparation, reconciliation, and final accounts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
