Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in New Delhi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and cash accounts. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

The individual will ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements, prepare financial reports for management, and support budgeting and cost tracking. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams,



coordinate with external auditors or consultants as needed, and help maintain accurate, up-to-date financial documentation for the business.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, as well as MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide clear, actionable insights to management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or manufacturing environments is beneficial, especially within jewelry or related sectors.
