- Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Account Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial records.

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial reports.

- General Accounting:

- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.

- Post journal entries and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes.

- Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and procedures.

- Support external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and reports.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

- Tax Preparation:

- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns.





- Ensure tax filings are timely and accurate.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.

- Financial Analysis:

- Provide financial insights and reports to management.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
