Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 5–7 years of experience in a trading company, with mandatory expertise in import/export accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, inventory and warehouse accounting, financial reconciliations, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
- Handle import/export accounting, foreign currency transactions, and related documentation.
- Manage warehouse accounting, inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and inventory movement records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), customs documentation, and import/export-related financial transactions.




- Ensure accurate accounting entries, proper documentation, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update financial records using ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with banks, customs agents, warehouse teams, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Support audits, tax-related documentation, and month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience in a trading company.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in import/export accounting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse accounting, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Valuable understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Practical exposure to LC, BG, customs documentation, and foreign currency transactions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
