Naveena Zeal Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial record maintenance, GST compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth functioning of the company's accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist with GST calculations, returns, and related documentation.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Maintain dealer and supplier account statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and other financial records.




- Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and auditors as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
