We are looking for an Accountswith 5+ years of experience to lead our finance team and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and timelines.
- Review, streamline, and improve SOPs for accounting and financial processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Handle Tally and Microsoft Dynamics for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of tax, GST, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for financial planning and process improvements.





· Act as a strategic business partner to the management and leadership team, driving organizational growth and profitability. · Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for business expansion, new projects, and investment planning.

· Increase financial discipline across the organization by improving process efficiency, cost optimization, and internal controls.

· Lead the finance team with a focus on capability building, succession planning, and high‑performance culture.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
