- - Kaushik Fire and Safety Services is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, financial records and statutory documentation while supporting the company's financial operations.

- Key Responsibilities

- - Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

- - Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers and receipts.

- - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- - Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and customer accounts.

- - Assist with GST returns, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance.

- - Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and vendors.

- - Maintain expense records and support monthly financial reporting.





- - Coordinate with management, auditors and tax consultants.

- - Maintain project-wise expense and billing records where required.

- Requirements

- - B.Com or an equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.

- - 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.

- - Working knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST procedures.

- - Positive numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- - Ability to maintain confidential financial records and meet deadlines.
