The Opportunity

What Are We Looking For:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person to support daily store operations through accurate shift reconciliation, financial validation, exception management, and operational controls.
- The role will be responsible for reviewing store shift transactions and supporting documentation, reconciling POS and M1 system data,



validating cash and lottery transactions, reviewing fuel deliveries and inventory, monitoring invoice exceptions, and coordinating with stores and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Accounting/Commerce, good numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment with defined SLAs.

Qualifications

Education

Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with equivalent graduation in a relevant business/finance discipline may also be considered.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

o Accounting operations o Reconciliation o Finance & Accounting (F&A;) o Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable o Transaction processing o BPO / Shared Services / GCC operations o Retail operations o Cash reconciliation o Invoice processing o Back-office operations

Required Skills

Accounting & Numerical Skills
- Positive understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to compare large volumes of transactional information accurately
