Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Delhi NCR. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

The Accountant will also support internal audits,



maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely financial insights. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax returns, monitoring cash flow, and recommending process improvements to strengthen financial controls.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Experience with accounting software, ERP tools, MS Excel, and other office applications.
- Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes under Indian corporate regulations.
- Ability to analyse financial data, prepare reports, and support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with in office teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and project accounting is preferred.
