Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, billing, vendor payments, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or hospital accounting and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Generate invoices and coordinate with billing teams.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
- Support audits by preparing required financial documents.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting.
- Knowledge of billing processes and revenue cycle management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
